Evening at Fonda Vela

We are so lucky! There is a great hotel with a pool and hot tubs only a 1.2 km walk from here! It's Hotel Fonda Vela. But don't envy us. It's an up the hill walk! Hannah and Francisco took us there. Locals (that's us now!) get a discount on food and drinks and there's a nice little bar/restaurant right there at poolside. We met two young ladies there on their honeymoon who had spent the day sightseeing around Monteverde. They'd done the zip lines at Selvatura that morning and described it as Awesome! The hotel comes highly recommended for anyone who is staying in the area!
